The lighting was dim, and the bathroom faucets always have a very fine spray pattern which splashes out of the sink

El hotel bueno, la ubicación muy bien, la habitación cómoda pero el aire acondicionado hacía ruido, la luz de la zona de cama limitada, el asiento del wc se corre y es molesto, pero lo más incómodo es el tiempo de check-in debido a que la hora que me registre (7pm) para este tipo de ciudad es una hora muy cargada por le termino de las jornadas de trabajo y por ende es la hora en que llegan las personas a registrarse habiendo solo una empleada en recepción, de hecho habían otras pero no atendían en los registros. Deberían tener en ese horario cuando menos dos empleados para el check In

Se reservo una cama king y me dieron un sofá cama el colchón se sumía uno y con detalles frigobar con óxido baños con manchas pedí una almohada extras y nunca llegó a la habitación que mala experiencia 😔 😔

Nos hemos hospedado en la misma cadena pero en diferentes ciudades. Primera vez que tenemos una mala experiencia.
La maquina para programar las tarjetas de acceso a las habitaciones no servia.
El guardia de seguridad tenia que ir contigo para darte acceso a tu habitacion.
Al entrar a nuestra habitacion nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua y lo peor es que el agua escurria directo a un enchufe de luz.
La gerente muy eficaz pero el resto del personal dejan mucho que desear
