The staff went way out of their way to help!!!!! They even found a mistake in one of our internet bookings, and got the Super Bowl on our room tv!
They are highly recommended!

Fabulous location just steps away from the malecón that runs most of the length of the beach. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner as there were coffee grinds under a few items but with soap and a sponge that was easy to clean up. But bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and small living area were kept clean daily. Very comfortable medium firm bed with a fluffy duvet which was heaven. Parking all round property was safe and convenient. Restaurant had good coffee but we didn’t eat as slightly high priced. Only small cons were pool was too cold to swim most days and internet was not good. They did provide an extender which helped but the network fails often. Quiet location except some sound of music from bars on weekend nights.

Un hotel súper hermoso y con habitaciones muy cómodas ideal para viaje vacacional o de negocios cuenta con muy buen aire acondicionado! Tiene la ventaja de estar frente al mar lo que da facilidad de caminar por el malecón costero. Además el restaurante Alma y viento ofrece deliciosos platillos .

Un lugar agradable la habitación en la que Estaba todo muy bien, solo observarcion para el restaurante de los 3 meseros qué hay solo uno puede tomar la orden ycobrar los otros 2 son apoyo es muy tardado en ese aspecto

Es pequeño pero está muy bonito solo no me gustó que el acceso es por la parte trasera y para salir al malecón y no hay banqueta

Excelente servicio, personal amable y muy atentos, la vista frente al mar es la mejor, instalaciones en excelentes condiciones, mil veces recomendada para estar en familia y disfrutar del establecimiento

Fatal. No hay acceso a minusválidos. Para entrar al hotel hay varios escalones. No hay ningún tipo de rampa para subir maletas o silla de ruedas. Esa fue mi primera experiencia con el hotel. Antes de entrar a mi habitación ya puedo calificarlo como fatal por ese detalle tan importante. Increíble que en estos tiempos no haya acceso para minusválidos en un hotel.

El lugar está bonito y muy bien ubicado. Cómodo. Toallas y ropa de cama muy bien. Los baños tienen olor a caño muy desagradable. No hay acceso para minusválidos ni quien ayude con el equipaje y hay q subir escaleras con la maletas.
Lo mejor es su ubicación
