The property is great. They are very slow checking people in and out. They need to work on streamline their process

In general the quality and condition of the room was very poor. The bed linen were old, ripped and rough. The worst part was that there was some rats’ poop. It was disappointing.

There is no heaters in any of the rooms, and when I asked reception their answer was "just use a blanket"

The property was lovely. We had a room next to the pool area that was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful and the neighborhood was full of restaurants. Our stay was brief but I’d recommend it for longer trips, too.
