I got a room with dirty lamps with spider webs on them. Seems like they don’t really clean good

I am used to different treatment, we only asked for a coffee and it never came, there were cockroaches, the only thing we received was the complimentary two drinks that were flavorless pineapple juice, and they gave me a ticket for all the stay for 6 thousand pesos and I paid you more than 440 dlls. Service Horrible

Personel was very attentive. Food was walking distance and it was right across the steet from our tour company. Huasteca.com. Wasnt really a fan of the breakfast and i was a bit upset because the only reason i stayed there was because of pool and it was not working. I understand certain things happen.

The property is set in a unique environment and it is very historic 1837 built.
The TV reception is very bad in room.
Bathroom needs better upgrade due t9 leaking toilet from the base.
The gas smile in bathroom is very uninviting
