Center of the Civitanova near beach (not sandy, rock) very cute hotel and the staff. breakfast can be better. i recommend.
Very good Restaurant under the hotel.

Great hotel in Civita Nova with a super location! The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is small but good, make sure to order the very tasty cappuccino which is included in breakfqst. The reception spoke great English and Monika was very helpful. The hotel also offers sunbeds at the nearby beach, just a couple of minutes by walking distance.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very big and modern. Clean, housekeeping every day were brilliant too. I have to say a special thank you to the lady from the breakfast room for her great cappuccinos and friendliness. Also to Nazarena on Reception. Super welcome & checking on our stay. Could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon!

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable; good shower as well and yummy breakfast. The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite.
One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! It also wasn’t very well equipped for something that you need to it extra for.
Overall a really great stay and would highly recommend Hotel Dimorae to others.

Just one night for business, during low season. Nice modern hotel. I had a small flat with kitchen. Even too big for my needs. Very clean and comfortbale. I could not use facilities (gym) and I just had breakfast (ordinary continental). I did not use the garage (plenty of available spaces outside) Very close to beaches

Abbiamo, purtroppo, dormito solo una notte in questo ma possiamo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata. Pulitissimo, mobilio nuovo moderno e letti comodi. Colazione abbondante e buona. Personale gentilissimo e posizione strategica sul lungomare. Camere silenziose.
