Disappointing Experience: Poor Service I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your restaurant last night.Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. First and foremost, the service was unacceptably slow. Despite arriving at a relatively quiet time, I waited for over 28 minutes to order something to drink, and ordering my food. I called the waiters, the were passing by they ignored us for the first two attempt. The third time i had the real shout to get their attention, all i could receive as response, is WAIT. Likely the manage was so good he came to take our food order. We waiting for another 26 minutes for my food & drinks to arrive. This extended wait time significantly detracted from my dining experience and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Furthermore, the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. It was challenging to get their attention, and when I did, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. The lack of communication and responsiveness only added to my frustration. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues with your service. Improving communication, efficiency, and attentiveness among your staff members would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for your customers.
