We did not get checked in til 5:07 after we were told our room would be ready before that also the T V was not working and other. Items were not there or working right we stayed before in this property and it has done a 180 degree turnaround so we will pass this property by next time

Took forever to check. Half the machines for juice and coffee were broken. Breakfast was cold and yogurt was ruined. No hot water.

When we checked in it took a while. Then we received the keys to a room that someone was already in. Awkward. It was a hassle to get a different room. The workers were friendly.

Though the person at the desk was pleasant, they were never at the desk. I needed to ring the bell every time I needed assistance. No soap by the sink. No soap in the shower. No coffee machine in room. Wash clothes were stained. Coffee machine at breakfast area only dispensed hot water in the morning. We checked three times during breakfast hours. No TV guides in room or available at desk and channels were hard to navigate. Was told no guide available at desk and should be by TV in room. Bed was comfortable

When we went down to breakfast at 7:30, there was little left of the hot breakfast. Perhaps the workers from all the utility trucks in the lot had eaten early but there was no one in the kitchen area and no one at the front desk to inquire if more was coming. Also, carpets had wear, towels were old, and no ice machines on our floor.
