I traveled alone and everyone made me feel so comfortable.
The only problem was beach chairs. The chairs by the pool were nice but the chairs for the beach were stacked high and you would have to drag it. UGH! next time I will bring mine. But it was a perfect pleasant trip, and I didn't want to leave.

Liked the location. Easy to locate
And close to shops ,and connection to other beaches. The accommodations were clean but the room and hall carpets were worn and dingy. Would liked to have had housekeeping at least replace towels daily ,but not a problem getting clean towels from desk clerk. All staff was very friendly

Our partial view of ocean was top notch. Unexpected great view along with enjoying the live band from next door. Extremely quite. Best sleep for days.

Second stay after a great experience the first time. You cannot beat the value for staying right in the heart of Clearwater Beach! Everything is in walking distance, and the property is more than adequate for the budget traveler. Will definitely stay again.

The only thing I didnt like was that we booked a room with "partial view" but then when checking in and asking about view/rooms with view we were told those rooms were an additional $30 a night.

This hotel has a wonderful location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good working order, but there were some minor maintenance and painting that should be done (broken door frame).
