酒店距離Tampa beach開車有十多分鐘的路程，不是很遠。前台小姐姐超級熱情，房間也比較大，雖然看上去裝修的時間有點長了，但是很乾凈。房間裏有烤箱、冰箱、洗碗機等，有需要的話非常方便。酒店還提供免費停車，這還是比較划算的哦。

Other than the lobby and hotel in general smelling like heavy **** at night every night, it was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and high level of service. Just not sure why it always smelled like **** every night in the lobby and hallways.

We needed to be in Clearwater for a concert. This was close to the venue with convenient parking. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing especially considering the affordable price. Would stay here again.

We loved our room and the staff there. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a full sized fridge, a two burner stove top, pots and pans, plates, silverware, mixing bowls etc. they thought of all details down to a single packages scrub mommy to wash our dishes with.

We had few issues but the hotel didn't do much to fix even after multiple requests.
- the washroom door didn't close properly
- the internet/tv had issue
- washroom wasn't clean as expected, we stayed in many Residence Inn, this is the worst
In addition, the location is bad, even though its labeled as "Downtown"

We've been staying here for years, around Christmas time. This place is well-managed, clean, and friendly every time. Staff seems happy to work there too. Location is great - a quick drive to downtown and the beaches, but far enough away to be quiet.

We arrived to the hotel and were greeted by a Front Desk lady that was very welcoming, eager to please and knowledgeable as we needed direction on a few items we asked her about.
We are from San Diego and she was from San Diego so there was a immediate bond. She made our stay much nicer than expected and we will remember her beautiful face whenever we return.
