Premier Inn Cleethorpes

Didn't have much choice at breakfast and wasn't topped up. Had to keep asking for things, that never arrived or they didn't have them. Was left hungry! People who had ordered cooked got fed up and ate the little continental there was so none left for people that paid for continental. Very poor!

Staff were absolutely great, incredibly helpful! Friendly and polite despite being extremely busy, nothing was too much. The woman serving breakfast in particular was rushed off her feet but an absolute diamond. Staff on reception were also great and managed to fix a room booking issue that neither the phone customer services or the website had been able to. Check in as early as 3pm and out as late as 12pm is a bonus. Location is good, 10 minute walk into town. Despite it being Xmas Eve & Xmas Day I slept like a log, didnt hear a peep. Beds were huge and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, not cheap but there was plenty of it, including healthy options. Wi-fi was OK but connection not great even though we paid £5/night extra for the Ultimate version to watch Netflix. The bathroom wasn't great for anyone with pain/even minor mobility difficulties - shower very slippery, bizarrely high up & painful to climb into, and fixed shower head which are rubbish IMO! The 'wardrobe' (if you can call it that) is six of those flippin 'hangers' where it's like playing Operation (for those of us old enough to remember) where you have to try to poke the stick into the loop with the added bonus of being behind a board blocking out the light so effectively also done blindfolded. Decor dire, but we all knew that already didn't we. Overall I was surprisedly impressed. I wouldnt pick it for a holiday, like, but for convenience to visit relatives it was great!

Room was a good size. Amenities were clean and comfortable. It was a very wet and windy evening. I was met by a very personable lady in reception (Scarlett). She seemed genuinely interested in my well being. A smile was a welcomed addition to my wet experience. I found the hotel to be clean and well presented. I recommend this to anyone visiting Cleethorpes. Well done and thank you.

Arriving slightly early and very cold after a race, the staff were fantastic. They allowed us to check in early and went to put the heat on in the room whilst we were checking in . I can't thank them enough. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Fluffy towels. Definitely recommend, we will be staying again.

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and out, nice big room, lovely big bathroom and nice to have a bath to soak in. Very clean and a quiet place to relax with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again if in Cleethorpes.
