Overall good experience. Reasonable price and great service. Location was convenient, close to target and some local shopping area. We took the bus to downtown New York which takes approximately 45 min, wasn’t bad. Would recommend it

Location was great! It was clean! The breakfast was good some hotel breakfast is not good and this place was on point! Pool was the only thing that was closed

房間還不錯，就是衞生間的洗手池下水很滿，馬桶上水很慢，前台女服務員態度不好，從來沒笑過，問她好也沒回話，男服務員還不錯，很熱情。

I know u der construction but having materials, dust laying all over, nose from workers while trying to sleep, supposed finished em yet sorry, moldy bathroom not properly working and old looking faucets in shower... And add to mice running around

I was really looking forward to some relaxing time, but the pool area was constantly being interrupted by staff coming in and out. I opted for late check out and room service still came knocking 2 twice to see if I needed something but more like seeming if I was ready to leave. not sure when the construction is due to finish because that caused noise, dust and just so many strangers walking around.
Didn't feel safe.

They stated their sprinkler system broke and most of the 1st floor was flooded with electrical extension cords sitting in water to have the fans dry up the flood.

After 45 -1 hour into our stay we discovered there was no hot water in our building due to renovations. We had to change rooms after unpacking all our bags because no one made us aware of this situation, having a kid with skin condition an letting her swim on the pool with a high level of Chlorine It was necessary for her to shower right after of course if someone would’ve told us this we wouldn’t allowed her to hobbit there was no hot water. There was no communication between the service staff a the front desk. It was difficult also having a kid on the spectrum to have to relocate an move around. Our keys had to be unlock everyday during our stay since every time we came
Back to the hotel the key wouldn’t work! An to finish the Wi-Fi was down all
Weekend again the STAFF FAILED TO MENTION this only found out when for the third time we had to come down with our kids because our key wouldn’t open the door an we heard them say to someone else
Checking in, not once we got a paper or a notice or verbal awareness of any of this issues. it was a really terrible experience for us an our kids.
We are a very loyal family of ******* we hope this can help

Hotel was ok, my room was clean, they need to get better with greeting, I got there at 11pm to check in and I was in the line for 10 minutes, no one said good evening, or I’ll be right there with you, the 2 people that were working that night just stayed there quiet, one of them taking care of the line and the other one just standing there.
The next day in the morning again no no one says good morning or anything. The only people that were nice to us were in the breakfast room, but No in the front desk.

The experience was great. The beds were actually comfortable, and the property was safe. I enjoyed the pool area as it way great for kids to swim safely. Not to mention the open breakfast area.
