Check in took awhile (about 15 minutes). The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough. Other than that the stay was very nice and clean.

Both times I have stayed at this hotel, there has been really outstanding customer service. These are also easily the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever encountered!

We had a great stay while visiting family in Pound. It was clean, cozy, the staff was friendly, and I loved that it was pet friendly! We will stay every time we come in town!

We had an event in nearby, Norton and this was definitely the place to stay! It was about 25 minutes away, but well worth it! Clean rooms, great and friendly staff! They even opened the breakfast a little early since our guys had to leave a little earlier that morning for their event. We would definitely stay there again and recommend highly

We stayed at the Sleep Inn property while bringing my freshman daughter to UVA Wise. We were very comfortable we didn’t experience any problems at all. Whenever we come to town to visit my daughter we will be staying there again. We’ve already booked a weekend in October. The staff were all very friendly! Thanks for a great experience.
