Nie polecam. Na pierwszy rzut oka hotel całkiem przyjemny, w recepcji jasno i pachnąco. Niestety w pokojach zapach stęchlizny, pościel wilgotna, pod łóżkami karaluchy. Hotel nadaje się do kapitalnego remontu.

This property is well located but overpriced. It need urgent renovation. Staff is helpful but it feels like you are in poor country motel.

While the food may be good, the rooms leave a lot to be desired, especially the beds. We had a 2-queen bed suite and the beds squeaked so bad it sounded like old rusty metal springs that needed at least a full can of WD-40 to fix them. The fan in the bathroom was dirty and noisy and the exposed plumbing under the sink was filthy. The floor felt like it hadn't been swept as there was sand all over it which you couldn't see but felt when you walked barefoot on the floor. The swim area is more for kids than adults as it's a lazy river, not an actual swimming pool. Might be in great proximity to the beach but even the beach area was not what I would call attractive. Not a place we will ever return to.

The property and area were fabulous, especially for the price! I gave it a 4 for property condition ONLY because it is an old property. They more than make up for it in charm and personality. They have a lot of return guests, I can see why. I will return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachside. It had a great outdoor area that was clean and very family and pet friendly. The breakfast was good every morning and the restaurant was good, too.
We liked the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and cart. They also had bikes you could use.
The rooms were fine, but the bathrooms could use remodelling. The towels were thin, both the bath and the pool towels. Also, I was disappointed to see there were no recycling bins to recycle. But, I did notice that I really didn't see any recycling bins in Cocoa Beach.

Cleanliness left something to be desired and doors didn’t seal creating a bit of a noise issue since we were on the street. Amy at front desk was awesome, other front desk attendants were not so friendly

The bathroom was in very bad shape. It was a tiny shower and no counter space for anything. There was no closet with hangers. Otherwise it was a okay room. Disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

This is the second time staying there and everything was great! The only problem we had this time was the bee problem during breakfast. They were horrible inside the breakfast area and outside.

They had bikes for us to rent for free from the hotel and we rode them around and stopped at a restaurant to eat and went down by the beach.
