It was a nice, quiet place. I gave 4 stars because the biscuits at breakfast were just so-so. The staff, however, were very pleasant.

Very understaffed. Waited a long time for check in. Very little food available for breakfast. Coffee machine out of order. Head board of bed fell off wall. But staff was friendly and tried hard to help.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast served each day was a plus. The general manager Katrina was great, she gave me a list of places to go for lunch and dinner and her recommendations did not disappoint. All the staff at this hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Bugs in the towels and room didn’t get cleaned. No food at breakfast. Pool out of order. Don’t waste your money here

Selected this property solely based on location on the trip I was on. It was a very clean hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was immaculate. Would stay there again. Also, the breakfast was great

this hotel is right off 169 on the north side of coffeyville. well lighted and friendly staff. property is well kept.
