Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Anything was super thanks for all staffs.for this amazing holiday.we well come again .

Konum çok iyi, üç otel aynı alanda çok değişik konseptler var . Gittiğim oteller arasında ilk 5 e girer. Bu arada trip uygulaması da çok beğendim. Teşekkür ederiz.

I stayed between the 2nd and the 23rd of August, so you could say that I spent enough time to see everything there is to this resort. The room looked nothing like the pictures online, I had booked a deluxe family room with one double and a single bed, on my arrival I found the room with 3 single beds. They were over booked so they were not flexible in giving me what I paid for. They cut corners in terms of cleaning and it wasn’t frequent enough. The sheets weren’t changed unless I complained, I would find small ants in my bed and eventually I had enough. The food was honestly terrible, their menu was consistent and changed maybe once or twice throughout our three week stay, so you can imagine how disappointing that is for a family that paid for the all inclusive option. I had asked them to place my room close to that of my children but they didn’t care. During my second night, all 3 of my children, aged 20, 19 and 13 heard a hissing noise (that of a snake) behind their bed. There was no night manager on the property and so they had sent security to check the room. After security dismantled my sons bed, I saw a makeshift panel trying to cover a hole behind the headboard. My children were frightened to fall asleep and reception wouldn’t change their rooms until 2 days later. When coming on holiday you would expect that you are there to relax, not to worry about the safety of your children. I’m utterly disgusted and appalled by the level of service provided.

Alles super, ausser dem Restaurant im k klub. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl und möchte am liebsten wegrennen! Grund: zu viele Menschen, zu laut, rein raus und aus. Viel zu ungemütlich, um in Ruhe zu essen oder zu trinken. Zudem schmeckte das Essen nur bedingt. Das hat Selin viel besser realisiert (da waren wir vor ein paar Jahren). Übrigens, Fischrestaurant im 3 Stock im Selin sehr zu empfehlen: die 15 € pro Person lohnen sich!!! Da fühlt man sich wie im Paradies nach dem schlimmen k klub Restaurant. P.s: und noch was. Die Kommunikation: En noch De sehr schwach. Es biginnt bei der reception, die oft Kollegen holen müssen, damit verstanden wird was der Gast überhaupt will. Für mich ein no go!!! Alle zu Fremdsprachenkursen schicken. Das nervt einfach - sorry. Ganz zu schweigen vom sonstigem Personal. Fazit: super Hotel, sehr gepflegt, aber Punktabzug wegen Restaurant und Kommunikation.

A very nice facility. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness and the offer. The staff is always courteous. This is the fifth time we have been here and that says it all. Simply great.
