早晚餐的自助品種太少了 那個菜式感覺像中國人開的一樣 光是靠一個景 不太划算
鹽酒店 房間就沒那麼乾爽
但來了總要試試

酒店前台，大堂，包括房間的設施全部是鹽製作，早餐不錯，但酒店距離鹽湖較遠，酒店到鹽湖的班車太少了，如果不是自駕不建議入住這家酒店。

酒店環境很好，我們去的時候人沒有其他人，整個酒店都讓我們包了，晚餐還可以，第一天晚上10點半才到，衹有披薩可以吃，不過味道還是很好的
距離鹽湖很近，但是開車進鹽湖需要走另一條路，所以開車過去需要50分鐘，所以想要看星空和日出的建議選擇鹽宮，位置就在進鹽湖的路口，可以晚歸和晚起
看天空之鏡真的需要緣分，我們是12月中過去的，下了很大的雨，結果我們到了鹽湖裡，水有20釐米深，但是下雨導致到處是泡沫，拍不出鏡面的感覺

Dear Luna Salada Hotel Team, I would like to start this review with the greatest thank you to each and every one of you. You guys made this trip extra special. The hotel premises are beautiful and comfortable! Even though we could not enjoy the spa and the full service at the terrace due to maintenance, we thoroughly enjoyed every single moment spent at the hotel. A special thanks to the staff at the bar for creating a wonderful atmosphere for us to unwind in the evening and for providing such fantastic comfort food. Thank you all! We absolutely loved this hotel ! Where else would you have the experience of a hotel made of salt? We loved the way salt bricks had been chosen to display the different coloured strata and that the mortar was salt. Even the beds and sofas were made of salt! The decor throughout was very tasteful in Andean style with huge wood burning stoves everywhere. The lovely barman stoked up his stove so we could enjoy our drinks in from of it in the evening. There were some problems with the water in our room when we arrived so we were immediately upgraded to a far superior room by the lovely receptionist. I wish I could remember her name as she was such a helpful and delightful person, always smiling even when dealing with a huge group of guests checking in. The room was very warm and cosy thanks to the aircon which could be used for hot air as well as cold. A great experience all round.

The location is obviously the attraction, it is on the salt flats. Not immediately on the brilliant white stuff, that is about 300 metres away across discoloured salt, but still a wonderful view. Our room was an impressive salt walled room, large size, king bed, well decorated and furnished with large picture window out to the flats. Lovely bar area and several lounge areas and patio decking outside. Dinner, a choice of a buffet or a la carte in the dining room or meals in the bar. We opted for a la carte. Two very good meals with a bottle of wine was only US$10 more for 2 people than the average looking buffet with no wine. Breakfast was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Basic cold meats, cheeses, bread and cake, the latter both a bit stale towards the end of breakfast. That let's them down, no fresh cooked breakfast option, but overall a well worth while experience.

We stayed here nights of 9th- 10th April . During the visit I developed an upset stomach which lasted a week after we left. We suspected it was from the ice in the sour drink from the free drink voucher. The food is pathetic for a 4 star hotel and the outside walls are like a derelict building. Great location, but that’s it.

After staying for a night at the Cristal Samana this was a very nice upgrade! Interesting design of hotel with seating areas outside the rooms for you to take in the scenery. Service was mostly very friendly. I did have one complaint, on arrival we were given two vouchers for a welcome drink - nice touch I thought. However I soon learned that they could not be exchanged for a simple bottle of water. I could have had alcohol, soft drink, teas etc but not water. Why? Really can’t understand the logic unless perhaps they make too much money from selling water …… but please change this policy for future guests.
