Pike's lodge was very cozy and just down the road from the airport. When we first entered our room, I noticed some tracks were left on the floor from the previous guests. The water pressure was good, and if you had room 502 then the room will never get below 76🥵 degrees. There are a lot of elderly guests that stay there and guessing they are always cold so they crank the heat up in all their rooms which in by proximity and thermodynamics will heat your room as well. Had the thermostats set to 65 but never went below 76 degrees.

空港から無料のシャトルは空港から電話をすると5分程度で来てくれました。
夜遅くのチェックイン、翌日は市内観光し夕方からチナ温泉へ行くので、ホテル滞在が短かったのが悔やまれます。
部屋からは運が良ければオーロラが見れるようで、夜中に何回か起きてベランダから空を確認していましたが、残念ながら見ることはできませんでした。
他にも、ロビーや廊下にたくさんの動物の剥製？や絵画があり、また小さいですがフィットネスルームやサウナもあり、もっと泊まり楽しみたかったです。

It was very relaxing. The staff was nice and helpful. We even met the owner who chatted with us a few times over our stay. They had an onsite driver for going downtown, so no need to rent a vehicle. They also offered 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport which was a plus. There was a restaurant in the parking lot that had very good food. They had plenty of information on the northern lights which we enjoyed since seeing them was the goal of our trip. They had a good breakfast each morning and ice cream in the evenings. All the amenities were nice. We stayed in an Aurora cabin and would definitely go back.

I came here with a friend and she felt some of the front desk girls a bit rude. The restaurant that’s right out side the hotel has an awful lady who yelled at us as soon as we walked in. When it was her mistake for not locking the door. We simply did not know they were closed because the OPEN sign was on. When I asked her what time they open, she again Yelled “we’re close.” We felt uncomfortable going back to the restaurant the day after because of her behavior she made us not want to ever step a foot back to that restaurant. The house keeping were super friendly! And helpful when we needed extra trash bags ect.. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed to ask them for anything.

Highly recommended! We didnt use it, but they offered a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This hotel is decorated beautifully and unlike any other. The breakfast was a nice variety of waffles, eggs, breakfast sausage, fruits, yogurt. You could hear people walking on the floor above but that's expected at almost every hotel. Would stay here again!

Every staff member was very helpful! The rooms were cozy and warm which was important as the temperature outside was-40! Will definitely return and use more amenities.

All of the staff was great. 24hr coffee available. Lots of open space for people to hang around while they wait for a room or be taken to the airport. I like the free airport service and availability of a car rental agency on the premises. Breakfast buffet was a great addition to the room purchase. A little daily varity on the meat and potatoes would be welcomed.
My room never warmed up. The electric heater could not keep up with the extreme cold weather and the a/c covering had frost/ice on it. Lunch and dinner would be had off property.
