This hotel was in a close distance from the airport. But the shuttle only leaves 1 time an hr. The 1st smoking room I was in had ashes on the bed and a cigarette hole burned in the sheet. Next after damn near an hour the finally get me moved into a non smoking room oh after I paid $40 for early check in. Next it was hair all in the tub and the ceiling yuck. The shuttle left as I was walking to the front desk when I asked about it I was told it will be back and ready to load around 1200pm. The guy did not come to the van until 1250pm. I will not be returning

The air conditioner was leaking so roomed had water on floor no microwave it wasn’t working and linen wasn’t clean

Very limited options at breakfast. only bread and waffles with one partially working toaster. Had to ask for cutlery. Juice and coffee/tea were ok. Just fake butter and no fruit jam or anything else. Was a big disappoin**ent.

The first room had blood on the floor and on the bed. It was just filthy in general other than the blood. The next room was at best okay considering it was almost midnight and we had to be up for a flight at 5:00 a.m.. it was dirty also especially the bathroom.

The room was perfectly clean. Everything was up to date and new. Appliances were clean and bathroom was clean. While I was there housekeeping cleaned the room amazing so that we could enjoy the rest of our stay in a clean room.
