The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much better

1. no coffee cups in either my room or my sister's room, 2. weird pegs on the walls as if there used to be a painting 3. weird stain on shower curtain 4. charged $6 for something I don't care enough to call and find out what 6. garage racks instead of dressers 7. no kleenex although there was one loosely in the top of the box, so did the maid think it was full?

Arrived late at about 1130pm. The female working the check-in desk on 5 March was extremely rude to the customers. She was rude and dismissive to the lady in line ahead of me and then also treated me with disrespect. I understand it was late, but her customer service skills need serious attention!

I didn't like that the free shuttle was charging $20 to take passengers to the international terminal. It said free shuttle not free domestic shuttle only. Other than that, the property and staff were excellent.

Problem is that it’s at the airport but does not serve breakfast till 6 am. You have to bee at the airport 2 obefore your flight so you don’t get breakfast!

It's in a row of hotels nearest the airport; really close to the airport. Free shuttle available that are supposed to pick up from the airport every top of the half hour. I waited close to an hour at the airport in wind and rain under the covered pickup area but the wind was wicked and cold. I called 3 times and he finally showed up. Drop off at the airport was a better experience. They did give me a really early check in. Service was great. There's a bar in the lobby and hot food available for order in the evening. The room was big, so I was happy with that. Temperature control was excellent. I stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. I would decibel stay again.

The fact that the shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours is a major asset to this hotel. This is especially the case when you have an early morning flight. The meal at the bar was good. I enjoyed the portion and taste of the quesadillas.

This hotel has good ratings and that's why I stayed there. It's a hotel on the decline. It seems like if something breaks in a guest room, they simply don't replace it. My room had not coffee table next to the couch - just a big empty space. The soap holder had broken off in the shower, nothing replaced it. The chair at the "work" desk was broken.
But the hotel as clean and the staff was adequate.
The highlight of this place is the bar. Great selection of spirits. Good bartenders.
