Always a great stay! Comfortable room, nice and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff/service. Great location and is my go to hotel when I visit my son in Bedford.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the large floor space in the accessible size room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.
A few days after I checked out, I was charged a $4 fee. After calling, I was told that it was a parking fee which was charged by mistake. It was eventually refunded. Pay close attention to your statements and call the specific hotel branch directly if you see a mystery charge.
We were overall pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it for short stays.

It was average according to price the tub did not drain properly and there were a lot of black ants in bath room.Night Manager accused my grown son of stealing 2 red bull drinks.He did not. I was with him.breakfast was not very good,but it was free.Other than those things it was okay.I will not stay there again.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn. It is always neat, clean & friendly! Their hot breakfast is a big plus for me, and I always take advantage of their fitness room.

Our vehicle was one of approximately five or six had our windows broken out and items stolen out of them. Management wasn’t concerned and offered no help at all and acted as though this happened on a regular basis. They also stated that there were no cameras on the side of the building where it occurred. They offered no help or assistance and twenty four hours after it happened, police still didn’t have all the information from Hampton Inn. We were in town for a family function.

Overall experience was great. Quick, efficient check-in. Staff knowledgable and friendly. Carpet on fifth floor hallway is a tripping hazard!!!

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, can tell it had been updated fairly recently. Smelled very nice too like vegas hotels. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected with hot food such as eggs and a waffle/pancake maker. Great location and easy to get to where I needed to go. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Very cute town behind hotel (colleyville). Enjoyed my stay. Famous well known Mexican restaurant next door. Rooms very quiet and AC work very well! I was never able to get the wifi to work but I think that was user error and I didn’t ask for help. Great hotel! Will be back.
