This is a beautiful, newly renovated property in a charming town just a few minutes from the Pont du Gard. It seems that no expense was spared to bring this chateau back to its former glory. My wife and I stayed five nights, and would have gladly stayed more. The quality of the food in the restaurant was outstanding. We dined there three times and were really impressed by both the flavors and creativity of the kitchen.

Pour un séjour mémorable, dans le charmant village de Collias. Accueil impeccable et amical, on est tout de suite à l'aise. Un magnifique projet, fruit d'une longue réflexion et de travaux de Titan. La déco est belle, le détail est poussé très loin. Le parc au printemps est magnifique. Sur la terrasse, dans des pots d'Uzès, poussent de belles variétés de menthe. Chambre spacieuse dans laquelle tout est bien pensé. Toute l'équipe est très professionnelle, tout est fluide, comme si l'on était accueilli par des amis. La cuisine de Julien Martin vaut largement son tout nouveau macaron Michelin, créative, inventive, mettant en avant des produits du terroir, un menu avec accord mets/vins, tout est parfait. Ce lieu unique évolue, les projets continuent, nous reviendrons !

De l'accueil au départ, tout a été incroyable.
Le lieu, la décoration, la collection de tableau, la chambre tout était fait pour passer un séjour d'exception.

Passamos por momentos memoráveis da chegada até a saída. Tudo perfeito. Realmente uma experiencia inesquecível. Um hotel Chateaux com poucos quartos, todos muito bem decorados. Uma cozinha excepcional. Enfim, nossa vontade era de querer ficar mais dias.

Peu de chambre donc pas la foule ce qui est agréable.
