We had a thoroughly pleasant time visiting friends for a wedding reception. The hotel room is clean/modern and the location is brilliant. Anais went out of her way to make us feel right at home. First time in Collobrieres and won’t be our last. The outstanding views, great restaurants coupled with a very nice place to stay made it a memorable trip.

Beautifully decorated hotel in small village. Very quaint, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast very French (the usual suspects - croissants, bread etc) so adequate but not great for those on diets! There are several restaurants in the village but we ate in the hotel - truly outstanding, had sanglier daube, the best we have ever tasted! Lovely bar, pleasant to sit in or on the terrace Staff are super helpful and kind, even to the point of carrying my bag up to the room A little street noise kept us awake but the village was gearing up for the chestnut festival so I would imagine its normally quiet.

Hotel des Maures is everything you want from a hotel - friendly, helpful staff (thanks for looking after us Anais), clean, modern rooms, the best croissants at breakfast and an excellent restaurant and bar. Hospitality at its very best. Highly recommend!

Excellent repas avec produits régionaux,service agréable par du personnel à l'écoute et souriant. Anchoiade et pissaladière très réussies, Sanglier et joue de bœuf très bien mijotés, Le dessert non moins au top.. A refaire sans hésitation à la prochaine visite..

Une très bonne cuisine familiale et régionale les produits sont frais et de très bonne qualité. L’endroit est superbe au dessus d’un cours d’eau où barbotent des canards le personnel est agréable et souriant. Le patron passe voir chaque client au cours du repas ce qui est très rare et fort sympathique. Je recommande ce restaurant pour un repas entre amis ou en couple .

Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel restaurant au cœur du village. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût et avec une très bonne literie. Quant au restaurant, le cadre est aussi beau que la cuisine est bonne : magret de canard sauce miel thym parfait, soupe de poisson délicieuse, très bonne pissaladière. Sans oublier, le personnel qui est également très accueillant. Restez comme vous êtes !!
