We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

房間偏小，衞生還算乾淨，前台服務好，24小時的，早餐豐富，還有各種娛樂設備，停車方便，酒店前面就可以，免費停車

L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont propres, lits très confortables.
Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, ils ont répondu à ma demande par téléphone de changer de chambre avec 2 lits simples et nous étions très satisfaits avec mon amie. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel.

Great hotel. Location was great, it’s very easy to find and it’s just a short 5/10 minute stroll into town. Staff were really friendly. Parking is great, just outside the hotel main door. We only stayed one night but would happily stay again.

Loud electrical (possibly dangerous?) noise every 30 seconds entire night. No management on site in the night, emergency phone to management was dead. Very dangerous situation. Avoid this hotel. Not near old town.

Rooms are neat and fresh, but very compact. Very friendly reception on arrival for both of our visits. We had very inexpensive bookings which made it good value for the one night stops we had on our return journeys to Italy. I would not want to spend much time in the small rooms.
