在城市中心萊茵河邊 雖然一路上不少石子路拖着箱子進出不算太方便 但歐洲許多城市都是如此 房間很乾凈 工作人員不過分熱情卻很周到 交通便利 周圍店家也很多 去gamescon會場的公共交通也相當方便 步行能到科隆大教堂

Besser geht es nicht, in Köln zu übernachten! Die Lage ist einfach super, Parkplatz im Hotel, zum Rhein und zur Altstadt ein sehr kurzer Weg!

Leider hatte ich 8 Stunden nach der Buchung einen rheumatischen Schub. Das Hotel verweigerte die Stornierung dennoch, obwohl noch vier Tage bis zum Aufenthalt waren - OK kann man machen ist ihr Recht, Kundenfreundlich trotzdem nicht. Aber ich dachte mir dann eben weniger Arbeit und mehr Wellness.
Da Wärme das einzige ist was mir hilft hatte ich schon bei der Buchung als einziges Kriterium eine Sauna bei der Suche angegeben. Dafür hatte ich auch einen Aufpreis von 80€ pro Nacht in Kauf genommen und einen deutlich weiteren Weg zur Messe (Grund meines Besuchs war die FIBO).
Nur leider steht im Kleingedruckten auf der Homepage, die Sauna wäre aufgrund der derzeitigen Lage außer Betrieb. Auch eine Nachfrage änderte hier nichts.
Auf allen Suchportalen wird die Sauna aber beworben.
Das Schwimmbad hat seine besseren Zeiten hinter sich und ist saukalt. Fitnessraum ist eine großzügige Umschreibung für das vorhandene.
Wie schon in mehreren Kommentaren beschrieben ist das Bad nicht besonders Zeitgemäß und beim Duschen setzt man, so sehr man sich bemüht, das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser.
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, aber bei 200€+pro Nacht und Person ist das gesamte Angebot eine Frechheit.
Es gibt ein System für Gratisgetränke wenn man den Zimmerservice ausfallen lässt. Leider wird einem das nicht richtig erklärt, so dass einem das Getränk verwehrt wird wenn man eine Sammelkarte nicht an der Rezeption holt.
