Bar is too small and too lit up. Toilets very low to the ground
But the staff was super friendly and nice

What I didn’t like?
I always prefer staying at the Hiltons across the US.
The only problem I had was with the breakfast in the morning. The food was great but the staff was unattentive and the wait time for getting the food and cutlery was very long. Other than that.

Checked in and was given a smoking room. Reservation requested non smoking room.
Not enough hot water to take one shower …
This 1/2 shower for 1 and no shower for the second person.
Upon checkout we expressed in a very civil manner re the hot water and they ‘knew about it’.
It’s not our nature to complain…however we do feel there should be a certain level of compensation since we could not properly clean ourselves with a shower.
I did call the front desk to report the lack of hot water and they said they wood call me back and never did.
We have time share with Hilton Grand Vacations and try to remain loyal.
Right now we are at Hiltons Embassy Suites in Brunswick, Georgia and the experience so far is just the opposite. Quite nice!

Toilet is so low to the ground; it looks like it belongs in a preschool. The shower did not work without great effort. Thought it might break.
The rest was really nice.

This is a nice hotel. Nothing over fancy and nothing to complain about. Did have repeated issue with the card opening the room door.

Nice hotel; would have preferred 4 towels in a room that sleeps 4. Elevators are extremely slow and fitness center left something to be desired. Proximity to places we needed and the interstate is great.

I booked this location specially for the use of the hot tub because travel always gets my back hurting, and the hot tub was out of service.
