I just found my go-to hotel to stay while in Albany! I love everything about this hotel! Not to mention our room faced the airport path so we got to see over 20+ planes taking off! My son loved it! The pool was great! And breakfast was amazing. The front desk was awesome, when we arrived I asked if they sold batteries or knew of a place I could get some and they gave me a set for free! Amazing staff!!!!

Very convenient to the airport. Good shuttle service ( even at 4 a.m.). The lady at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check in several people by herself. My remote was missing and she had it replaced quickly,but my travel companion was staying in a room next to me and they had no soap, no tissues, no shampoo. The front desk lady told housekeeping and they never came. Seems to me housekeeping is not doing there jobs. Missing remote, nothing filled ( as they use tubes filled with soaps, shampoo ECT. empty tissue box. If not for that I may have given them a five star. Beds were comfy, rooms looked and felt clean. Coffee / hot chocolate bar was good, fresh and hot.

New hotel in a quiet wooded area near the airport. Service was underwhelming and was not worth the price. Free breakfast was a disappoin**ent because it ran out and there was far too little space to sit in if you were lucky enough to be there when there was food.

It was close to the airport and the shuttle and parking oprions were grear. Very clean and modern.

We're already fans. We use the ALB airport Tru as a launch pad when we have early-morning flights. We appreciate the friendly staff, shuttle svc (even to restaurants, not just the airport), ability to inexpensively park our car there during trips, and more.
Most issues we've encountered, such as noise from adjoining rooms, were not the hotel's fault, except that you'd think a brand new hotel would have better sound insulation between rooms. We did note that the room we had this last time seemed quite small but manageable for two.

Comfortable bed, great blackout shade-- I slept like a baby. The spare/sp**** Ikea esthetic isn't for everyone, but it was fine.
But-- understaffed, with undertrained and somewhat snippy staff. I called from the airport for 20 minutes (at 10pm) for a "24 hour airport shuttle"-- no answer at all. I'd say this is basically a management problem.

Hotel was very clean , staff was friendly . Only stayed a quick night had an early flight in morning, shuttle was very prompt. Only thing I didnt like was the bed. It wasnt very comfy
