Stayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

The overall experience was nice. Beautiful hotel, but it felt more like a hotel instead of a resort. Only hot tub that was open was outside and it was freezing outside. And or one was broken and indoor pool closed early. No microwaves in the room or you can rent one for $25. Floors are very thin and creaky you could hear everything going on above you

I Loved the scenery from my balcony. This resort gave me everything I was expecting for a ski trip. The resort was beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast some morning wasn’t hot at the buffet. The room was small, but it was cozy and comfortable.
I will definitely be coming back.

The welcome staff were great, as was the ground crew, as it snowed all night. We had dinner at the Lodge, and the person that brought our food, went around the entire restaurant asking people if it was their food, not just for our table but everyone’s table. The food was mediocre at best. My wife’s sweet potato fries were burnt to a crisp, my daughter’s Mac & cheese was very dry, as though it had been sitting under a lamp for a ver long time. I had the steak, and as I brought it up to take a bite it had a foul refrigerated old smell. For a resort that caters to a higher clientele, I highly recommend that that they upgrade their rooms, from the old style toilet, to the cracks in the tiles in the elevator, and the elevators themselves. Had the Broadmoor been available, we would have stayed there, as we have in the past. Very disappointed, as the property itself has wonderful recreation amenities and beautiful views.

The room was clean and spacious. The amenities was perfect. The staff was really friendly. I will stay again. They had a spa but unfortunately they didn't have sameday available, understandable.

The rooms are nice I will say but the beds are very uncomfortable and make alot of noise just rolling over or any type of movement. The restaurant/Bar is very nice and great food just waited almost roughly 30 mins for our server to actually get back to us and get boxes and our check.
