Beautiful charming place to stay.. there is a $250 deposit..All I did was ask and they refunded it immediately !
They have an awesome happy hour and a singer guitarist! Hot water,Great Pressure! Breakfast! I absolutely recommend this stay!

This is a very unique property in a great location near Manitou Springs. We had booked a 2-room suite and when we checked in, we were upgraded and enjoyed a bit more space for 3 people. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our lodging included 2 separate rooms and a kitchenette. Everything is bicycle-themed with fun decorations and a cozy feel. The common space has a big fireplace, seating area and lots of space for the morning breakfast. We didn’t take advantage of it, but there was a great bar on-site as well and lots of games available for use. Since it was cold and icy, we couldn’t check out the free bikes, but I would like to return in warmer weather to take advantage of those and to spend more time in the beautiful surroundings. We will be back!

Nice place as a base for families to explore the area of CO Springs.
The facilities outside is not new and fancy but ok. The rooms themselves are set up and decorated with love and passion. We liked it very much.
But the best was the team of employees, lovable people who really seem to care for there quests. They made us feel like family members and were always very helpful.
Some interesting and also very good live performed music in the evenings.
Would we come back - yes, absolutely.
A place to go, relax and enjoy, perfect to wind down.

I loved the old fashioned feel of the property. It was very cute and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The bar and music on multiple nights was excellent. it is a nice relaxed feel that we really enjoyed and will stay there again.

Very friendly and accommodating service from the small business ownership staff. Also very reasonably priced. I was in town for a business conference and they provided a ride to the event on their shuttle.

Room was neat, simple. Bed was very nice, very cozy and comfortable. Interior wall bike storage rack is a plus for bike storage during a visit.

The best thing in that place was the overall atmosphere and the welcome and friendly feelling that you sensed in the place. We have been in better rooms, but never felt so valuable for the people running the business. They really seemed to appriciate us as customers and as human beings. The best thing was the live music in the reception-breakfast-lounge area!!!! Fantastic... And one more thing we loved were the bicycles and the board games! Well done and keep up the good work!

Server at breakfast was not helpful. Check in was very good and friendly. Upgraded room but no sink and mirror you had to use the kitchen sink?
