Comfort Suites Columbia at Harbison

Again I always stay here! I visit too much! Now that I have made the decision to move back I probably won’t have to stay with them much anymore unless it’s a weekend getaway! Either way, the room was clean, bed very comfy, staff was as always very friendly, very accommodating not that I ever ask for anything but still! Check in and check out was breeze! The location is perfect, close to shopping and food, easy to access to everything! I honestly don’t stay anywhere else!

A little pricey on the weekends but our stay was great. Indoor pool was a hit & breakfast was delicious! Check in and check out was effortless! Would return!

We walked into the hotel and immediately were smacked in the face with the smell of pot. My child even made a comment about hoping our room didn't smell too. The women at the night counter was nice enough and we went up to our room hoping it would be better. Not so much. Our bed spread had stains all over it, including things that were stuck on, raised up, etc. Figured it would be OK, we could remove it and checked the sheets. Sheets seemed fine, so we went on with the night. The tub had no stopper to take a bath, which again, disappointing. The bath mat was slightly stained, and there was hair on the shower wall. Then we noticed a stain on one of the pillow cases, that looked like maybe a body nose stain. My child fell asleep and had an early morning, so at this point asking to change rooms or leaving wasn't an option. Then in the middle of the night, the room next to us got really loud and our room started smelling like ****. I got up to go to the bathroom and there were roaches crawling on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn't sleep because of all of this and as soon as it was time to get my child up, I woke him and we left immediately. We stay at hotels almost weekly several months of the year and this one was by far the worst. It was absolutely disgusting.

Very nice recently renovated hotel serving the best hotel breakfast we have ever expereince. Will visit agian.

This is a nice and very clean property. The pool is good and warm. It boasts of fine amenities and service.

Stayed here 3 nights - room okay. Breakfast okay. Good value. Remember to tell them to clean your room otherwise they do not.

Front desk clerks were amazing, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. One thing I took issue with was that the housekeeping staff did not speak English. I knew enough Spanish to get my point across but maybe she should have had someone helping where who did speak English. 2. The bathroom had hair shampoo and hair conditioner…. that would not be used as much for Black people and if you want to provide amenities like that, try body wash. That would work for everyone.

My stay was amazing minus the shower curtain missing, I did inform the front desk but it was never resolved. Overall I’d stay again and I highly recommend!! The lady at checkin was nice and very efficient at your job! I’m already planning my next stay!

It was great breakfast the pool was awesome and warm for the kids and family the staff was helpful and friendly highly appreciated and recommended will definitely be back for next stay when in the area
