Stayed @ 3 Valley Gap a few times.
Always a great experience, the hotel is a little dated and feels like there could be a Scooby Doo ghost there but that is what we love about staying there.

Really liked and enjoyed the stay, great place, an excellent location. Good place to stay with kids/family. We loved the ghost town, and will visit again.

The property itself was very nice. The Ghost Town and the History behind the property was very interesting. The Pool was the warmest we have ever experienced. However there was no Television except for a few channels that you could not see. The dining was very time limited for Breakfast and Supper and no discounts for people staying there. The meals where very good along with the service. There was no one around to rent canoes, kayaks or paddle boards and all paddles and life jackets where locked away.

This property is very unique, hasn’t changed in years but that is part of its charm. The pool was pleasantly warm, we had a lovely walk around the gardens and property.

The location is terrible… there is ovewhelming noise from the highway, also limited sunlight due to canyon like setting
The restaurant serves less then average food, the waitress was very friendly and nice though

Very unusual property with an interesting back story. Room was large and lake views amazing. The ghost town is well worth a visit.

There is a dumpster in the front of the restaurant that gives the indication that the place may be closed. But it is open and a neat place to stay.
Has retro look inside and lots to do in the surrounding areas.

This is an amazing place to stay and explore. One day is not enough to take it in. The history is incredible and the mountain setting is gorgeous. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
