Świetny hotel. Dogodna lokalizacja, z której można dojść do wielu miejsc! Parking na miejscu. Przyjazny personel. Czyste pokoje i pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne. Na pewno zatrzymamy się tu ponownie podczas wizyty w okolicy!

住過很多次酒店，很少點評，更是很少給差評，但這次住的希爾頓真的讓人沒辦法不差評。房間空調噪音很大，OK，這個沒有辦法。服務也很差，打電話叫個東西半天才送到。第二天更是直接沒有打掃衞生。晚上回去後打電話讓更換乾淨的毛巾浴巾，服務人員直接把乾淨的毛巾拿上來丟在浴室就走了，臟的竟然沒有帶走！馬桶周邊全是剪掉的碎指甲，也不知道是誰的。所有一次性用品都沒有，連漱口杯也沒有，OK，為了環保我也理解，燒水壺也沒有，我尋思着一晚上兩百刀也不是很廉價吧，希爾頓真的讓人很失望。

Everyone was kind and helpful and welcoming. I was a little lost in the maze of the convention center and hotels but that might just be me. The ladies in housekeeping were very helpful. They made sure I had what I need.
Mostly I would like to thank ******* and the hotel for having me all registered and taken care of for this conference. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The only problem I had was that I am tax exempt and I didn't see anything on ******* to take care of this so I was charged tax. Thank you again. It was a relaxing and delightful stay. (The gentleman at valet wasn't busy when I went to get to my car and I asked directions. He went ahead and volunteered to walk me to my car! Who does that anymore and unfortunately i didn't have any cash left to tip him. He was just being kind I think.)

The person checking us in was not very helpful. Her coworker, who was checking in another family, was very helpful to those people. The coworker offered umbrellas to the other family, a map to get around the city and was just overall very cheerful. Our lady could not be more bothered with us. In fact, we felt more rushed than anything. We were never offered a map, never offered an umbrella. She just basically rushed us through the line because there was a line forming behind us even though the manager was bringing up two more people to help check in. When I confirmed with her the floor she rolled her eyes and said yes.
