第一次來美國第一次住美國的酒店…emo了兩天，哭了一天，第二天才去吃早餐…服務員小姐姐們都很好很熱情！不emo了！

Pretty comfortable stay. Friendly staff, could’ve had REAL pillows. Some stains on the carpet. Breakfast was good, but not as good as some of the other comfort inn and suites I’ve been too. Where’s the bacon? Quiet and safe. Works for an overnight.

We spent a Friday night here as a family of 4. The staff was pleasant. The exterior of the hotel looked good. The pool was freezing cold and not worth getting in. The room was clean but the floor was stained and the vibe was gross. The TV remote was ruined and the TV wouldn’t work. We asked for an extra pillow and they said they had no extras. Breakfast was okay but the orange juice and apple juice were watered down, possibly going out.

The staff were super friendly and willing to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was decent however the hallways and parking lot could use a little attention. The halways need to be vacuumed more while the parking lot could use a through cleaning. Way to many cigarette butts everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing.

Upon arrival Symoen couldn’t find our reservation and asked twice if it was under a different name. I responded no.
Then I got my phone out to make sure we were in the right location and she told me to calm down & was pretty rude with me.
I wasn’t argumentative or upset. There are several hotels in that one area so I wanted to make sure we were in the right spot & to provide a confirmation code if needed.
Then as we were leaving we found a pocket knife down in the couch cushions. Obviously not cleaning well….
Bed was comfortable & the water was nice & hot.

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to they got smart mouths bad costumer service the food is horrible I asked for some bread or milk go with my food they said this isn’t Burger King have it your way like this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel for work I will never come back to this hotel

It is a Pot Hotel, you walk in smelling pot ,we get to our room it smelled of pot to the point it made me sick we went and bought air fresheners the couch had cigarette holes and was sticky with candy plaster falling in bathroom dirty stained carpet.
