Excellent staff interactions and service from check-in to cleaning to bartender. Only complaint is that there is no recycling in the breakfast area. Sustainable practices should include this easy lift.

Reserved and paid for a King bed 3 days before my stay. Got here at 3:15 to check in and was given Queen because hotel was full??? Makes no sense. I stay here a few times a year...never happened before. If I paid for it, I should get it

For as close to the elevator and the airport we never heard a sound. The staff at checkin was patient and kind.

Very comfortable bed, very close to airport. Bit noisy starting a bit after 5 but that's what you get for being so close.

I needed to stay near an OSU medical facility for an early morning appointment, and the best hotels in the area are at the airport. I don't mind the jet noise, but the hotel itself is noisy, especially the alarm clock going off at 6am in a vacant adjoining room that went for a half hour. Room temperature control was not the best. Kept adjusting the thermostat,
only to discover the next morning that the unit was actually turned off. Breakfast was fair. If I have to stay in the area again, I'll probably try a different hotel.
