The hotel looked closed and it was adjacent to another hotel and suspicious people were gathered in the parking lot. It was a bit scary!

Check in was a nigh**are. I could not understand the person who checked me in. Half of the TV stations did not work right and the selection of stations is terrible.

The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room however was dark. Lampshades were ripped, bathroom light didnt even work. The tv speaker sounded like it was busted.

The toilet seat has chips in it and is loose. There is no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Heater is dirty. The step into the bathroom is a tripping hazard.

Place is a little dirty, greasy handprints in shower stall, it looked like there's either vomit or poop on the floor between the nightstand and the bed and when I went to take a shower the washcloth looked like somebody had washed their ass with it - probably because there was barely enough TP to blow your nose
I reserved and paid for the room through *******, and when I arrived, I was informed that there was an additional $100 deposit basically a damaged deposit that I didn't read about on ******* , there's probably something in the fine print about that but who knows

Rooms barely furnished, no modern updates, no tissues in room. HORRIBLE smell that made me and all of my stuff smell disgusting.

There were rates outside. However, it was *******s fault that at 3am we were left rimless and looking for a room for the night and ended up without a room sleeping in the car to go to our conference at 8am with no sleep.
