Location near to colva beach with walkable distance of 300-400 meters. Property is very poor which may suitable for bachelors. Rate is very cheap and the staff behavior is excellent. The management is not looking this property but they can make money much more if they maintain this property in a good condition. Family is staying only because of the kind nature of staff.

The best stay in goa so far, decent rooms, good service and the best part is that it’s located on colva beach.

Property is located close to colva beach. Location is good. But overall experience is bad. Rooms are somewhat ok. Their restaurant was not operational. Room phones were not working. And the pathetic part is too much cockroaches inside my room. Even after escalation of issue no action from hotel team.

Choices are limited in complimentary breakfast, the amount they are charging with room rent, not at all worth. The room they allotted did not have intercom facility, so in-house communication was problematic. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get towels, house keeping is not upto mark

1) rooms had foul smell with lot of cockroaches. 2) no proper maintenance - tubelights, exhaust not working properly. 3) wasted several hours talking and got room changed to somewhat better still not up to the mark
4) no net in any window so practically you cannot open it. 5) extra matress were torn and not well maintained. Great location, good room size but not up to the mark.

Overall good but need to work on their floor marble, bathroom amenities and room freshness (without smell) and also need to check, everything is proper or not. Pros: large size room with good vibes and near to cl-ova beach. Good service neat and clean cons: mug and bucket was broken and look dirtily not provide basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit. Overall good

The manager was super rude and overall it was a worse experience since the time of check in till check out. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at a lower price as well

The location is very beautiful food quality is good but charges is too high even you want extra plates in room they charge 50rs. Per plate they have charge gst on water service is slow but good behaviour
