La limpieza dejaba mucho por desear sobre todo el lavabo y la bañera. Telarañas en el salón y las mesas exteriores muy sucias. En recepción no nos dieron las explicaciones pertinentes sobre cómo abrir con la tarjeta (ya que la opción obvia, que es el lector de tarjeta junto a la puerta, no funciona) Tuvimos que volver a recepción para que nos dieran la información y volver de nuevo a recepción para preguntar por la clave de la wi-fi, cuando a día de hoy lo normal es que esta información esté dentro del apartamento o en el guarda llaves. No puedes dormir con las ventanas abiertas durante la noche, porque se oye mucho la circulación de la carretera que pasa muy cerca del camping.

Lovely resort. Ended up here as a nearby hotel was closed when we arrived! Natura was an absolute dream, a lovely big, clean pool, lots of amenities and a great children’s play area. The room was incredible, lovely beds, a clean living room and fabulous bathroom. The most amazing surprise was pulling the storage doors back in the living room and finding a full kitchen complete with washing machine Our only disappointment was that we were only staying one night…

Great accommodation with plenty to do in the surrounding area. The maintenance of the gardens round the bungalows could have been better as a lot were overgrown. Whilst we are at the restaurant one night, the meal was average. Breakfast was hectic but included in the price.

Very nice stay! Beds are on the harder side but the villas we great overall!

Found this place by accident, short distance from our hotel in Zarraton. Took the fixed price meal 24€ for three courses, including wine, water and bread. Didn’t expect gourmet food, but what arrived was both very tasty and well presented, there is a la carte as well, but we were more than satisfied with the fixed menu, choices at each course as well. Very good charming service from our waiter, who spoke good English. You can stay here in a villa, there is a pool, the place is very clean, set in beautiful countryside, would like to return and stay next time.

The bungalow was superb. Very clean and great facilities - and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and made us feel completely at home - nothing was too much trouble - and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot praise Natura Resort enough and we will be back - for sure.

Be careful they charge you more than you owe. I stayed for 2 nights in order to be close to Bilbao for the football. When I checked out I mistakenly didn’t ask for the receipt, the lady told me that it will all be sorted automatically from my booking. When I come home I see they charged me nearly double the amount they were supposed to. They have so far not refunded me the money.
