The experience was first class from beginning to end. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly, plus the hotel is gorgeous!

I would highly recommend to all. View of Duomo is absolutely breathtaking. Modern Italian design rooms and in-room nesspresso machine matches everything.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was quiet and in a perfect location. Steps from the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, ferries, and train station. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Modern and new hotel with great location in Como. Very quiet as well even though next to a piazza and duomo. Front desk was exceptional. Great welcome and send off, thanks!

Gorgeous Hotel near the center of town in Como and close to the station. The staff is excellent and so helpful, the room was elegant and clean and the breakfast was wonderful, we would like to recognize the check in staff as well as the breakfast staff, they were all so lovely and made our trip wonderful.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! Location was perfect, walkable to everything and the staff was so helpful. Rooms were lovely with everything you needed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at Lake Como.

Excellent location but very self service. No baggage assistance and only offsite parking. Breakfast very good. Room small but nicely appointed and quiet. Would stay here again.
