This hotel was incredible, awesome staff, great atmosphere and accommodations, will definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Charlotte area. The staff was terrific from check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Gen at the check-out desk helped us close out our stay and take one last family photo before heading home. The room we had met all our needs and made the stay restful. I would recommend Homewood Suites Charlotte to anyone visiting the Concord area.

Staff was lovely. It was convenient. There were 2 giant bugs climbing on the walls in the bathroom. So gross.

This was the cleanest Hotel I have stayed in the entire year of 2023, and I have traveled a lot. And the greeting by Gen at the front desk upon our arrival on Thanksgiving day was awesome!

So clean, nice morning coffee and tea supplies in suite with kitchen with full fridge in. Seperate dressing and sink area from toilet and shower, very white thick towel sets. Good value, seperate tv area and also tv in bedroom. Very helpful staff.
Little issues, bed covers a little stiff, making me glad i brought my own throw. Construction on one side of outside of building audible from rooms. Breakfast food not very tasty, but good yogurt, fruit, and coffee with availability of turbinado sugar and real half and half.
