The room was amazing and the host was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again

Great little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock.

It was our last day on the island as we were there for a funeral. We extended our trip an extra day and needed a place to sleep and shower in the morning so this was it. We were not looking for anything fancy so this was fine for us. We went to the 24 hour grocery store for snacks that is literally around the corner and watched tv before bed. It was quiet enough for us that we got the rest we needed before our long day of travel.

Very limited space with no desk or chair. TV only if you have paid apps like Netflix, sling, fugo etc

The location is convenient as it is in walking distance to grocery store, beaches and restaurants . We had some issues with housekeeping but an effort was made to correct them. We liked that there were areas to sit on the balconies but the roof top area was dirty and had no seats .

Easy to check in. The suite is located in a prime spot that is walkable to many destinations. Various food options within a 2-8 minute walk. The beach is 2-4 minutes away. Clubs are less than 5 minutes away. Generally felt very safe at the property although there was a suspicious character lurking around the room one day. The staff is very responsive and understanding. I felt the room itself could have been a bit more accommodating but the bed, bathroom, air conditioning, and size are all very acceptable and comfortable. Would recommend staying here for travelers on a budget.

As I stated in the other survey, I would never send anyone to the Placid Suites. Take that picture down, there is no such area. Gates were broken, no safety anywhere. The room had a very STRONG order of bleach, we had to leave the door open for hours. So glad we did not have to sleep there. The room was very dark, the one window opened to the washer and dryer area.

The strong smell of bleach burned your eyes, had to leave the door open for hours. Hard to check in, no one was on site except for the cleaning staff. Never got a check-in code, and gates were never locked. Really scarey. Room is very small and dark. The washer and dryer were right outside our window.Hector was really helpful
