The Wave Hotel Condado

I found the hotel more expensive for what you were getting, compared to other (many) less expensive hotels I've stayed in the past. The best thing for me was that the hotel was easy, walking distance to my race venue which was the purpose of the trip. And that there were many restaurants about 1-2 blocks from the hotel, especially that the hotel did not offer any meals.

I loved the property. In the hub of everything. Many restaurants, easy access to the beach, definitely good if you want nightlife action too. I loved where it was located in front of a huge tree, in the roundabout of the of one of the busiest streets but I loved it!!! The rooftop was very intimate and nice to lounge at any part of day or night! I felt safe! Customer service was helpful when needed. Only thing the hot tub didn’t get hot and there was no cover placed on the hot tub to ensure it will be hot. There is a lot of moisture in the rooms. So it may make your clothes feel damp. I remedied that with switching on and off the air conditioner. I love Puerto Rico!!! Definitely will stay there again!

The room was small and cozy. Only complaint was there is no parking at the hotel. Had to drive around and look for parking close by.

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin but let me say this: I always wanted to visit Pureto Rico for the longest and this year I decided to celebrate my birthday in Pureto Rico. My girlfriend and I were very hesitant on where to book but when we discovered “The Wave Hotel” in our guts we knew it was the one for us. The price overall was reasonable and the minute we arrived we were welcomed so warmly. Even though we arrived a bit early before check in the receptionist made sure she would try her best to get us a room ready to check in early. She stored our luggage for us and suggested some cool spots to check out to waste time. The room was nice and intimate and very clean. The room had a beautiful aircon to drift us away from the beautiful sunny weather. The room was cleaned and towels and immensities were changed daily. Our belongings felt self and every time we left and entered the hotel from our daily trips we were greeted so warmly from the staff. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops. The receptionists assisted us on suggestions of tours and cool sports to check out and whatever we needed they didn’t hesitate at all to meet our requirements. The hotel itself is beautiful and intimate and very convenient. It’s easy for Ubers to find and is also walking distance to the major club district. Open 24/7 and we just felt very safe and at home. The culture, the food and the level of service from the hotel was out of this world!!!

The front desk person was on the cell phone while trying to look to my reservation. I think the cell phone conversation was more important than customer. Room curtains were broken with this said sun enter directly to your face.

Very friendly staff. Grab and go drinks in the lobby. Hot Tub on the roof. Nice tile shower. Fast hot water. Street noise.

My stay was horrible with ant and roach infestation and the hotel staff not honoring his word as it related to refunding our monies for days that were not utilized.

We rented three rooms. Two out of three rooms were very moldy. From the time got off the elevator the mold affected one person in my group. When you opened the doors to two of the rooms a pungent feces like odor slapped us in the face. Mold was visible on the windows and around the vents. LUIS gave us a hard time and also insinuated we were lying.

None of my issues were addressed. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not heard from anyone. The jacuzzi was cold every time I tried to use it, there was no iron in my room just a board and I had no tv the entire stay. I tried even calling ******* and they were not able to reach the manager. Unsatisfied highly disappointed with my stay
