The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the atmosphere but it can be a little issue to some people

I was hoping for a better experience! My room had few issues; I sent a message to management, they acknowledged it but offered no help. Their breakfast area was a disaster. All available tables had dirty dishes on; I had to ask for coffee mugs and finally coffee few times, and my omelette, after I had waited for at least 30 minutest, had been given to someone else. I left very disappointed!

The property was great for the price, especially for the area. Rooms and property are very clean and updated. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Fyi some minor renovations are still being conducted on the property. Last day of my vaca stood at the caribe hilton for a couple of hundred dollars more and regretted it . Should of finished my stay at the Garden Inn

We booked a room and messaged the property we would be arriving late. We arrived just after midnight upon our arrival we were initially told we did t have a room. Then they gave us a room when we went in there was someone staying in the room. We were then told no room again. Eventually we were sent to another hotel which was much older and not even close to the same as our initial booking. This all took over an hour so it was closer to 2 am by the time we got in a room. This room was not great but we were just happy to have a place at that point. I’m not a bad review person this will be the 2nd bad review in 30 years. This was unacceptable they had no idea who they gave our room to and we were not the only couple that had this issue last night!

Location was good and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Unfortunately the walls are unbelievably thin and you can hear everything, even normal conversation. The doors slam shut really loud so you know when people are coming and going. You can hear your neighbors opening/closing their blinds. First 2 nights were so loud, people returning at 3am playing loud music and screaming. When we asked the front desk to move us to a different room the last night they told us to cancel our last night and re-book at a different hotel.

Very welcoming after a long day of dealing with flight delays and derailments - just what the dr ordered. Kinda of sad we’re only staying one night!
