Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

Facile d'accès et grand parking. Situé entre le tumulte de Cergy et l'encombrement de Poissy, Le Campanile de Conflans Sainte Honirine offre un moment de répis. Nous y sommes très bien accueilli du matin au soir, du petit déjeuner complet au Diner Top Chef. J'apprécie ces moments simples et relaxants.

Hôtel bien situé entre Cergy-Pontoise et Paris dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. La literie est très confortable, les équipements sont à la hauteur d’un établissement 3 étoiles voire 4. Le personnel très compétent et sympathique. Parking sécurisé Une note spéciale pour le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je recommande cet Hôtel.

Mention Très bien pour cet hôtel. Tout d'abord grâce à l'accueil de Fanny, très aimable depuis le premier contact par téléphone pour la réservation, jusqu'au service du repas du soir. Une vraie humanité se dégage de cette personne qui a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et du service client. Une perle dont on espère que la Direction de l'hôtel a bien conscience. Le repas du soir était très bon, dans des tarifs globalement inférieurs au restaus du coin. La literie est bonne et la chambre était très propre, et le chauffage efficace en ce mois de janvier. Un bon Wifi en 100 mBits/s symétrique, c'est un vrai plus. Rien à redire, qu'ils continuent ainsi.

Habitué des Campanile, je suis jamais déçu. Je pense qu'il est temps de rénover les chambres et le style un peu passé. Accueil pro, il manquait une serviette qui a été apporté rapidement. La moquette au niveau de la penderie était mouillé (chambre 30). Problème de remonté capillaire ou humidité. Il serait temps d'investir sur des vrais VMC.

Bruyant, pas de clim, j’avais réservé 3 chambres adultes, finalement 2 étaient avec des lits jumeaux… et une blatte se promenait le matin dans la salle de bains… très loin d’un 3 étoiles. Le service n’est pas là non plus. Je ne reviendrai pas .
