Stay was fine. Stiff don’t understand why there is no room for service each day. Price was ok but not cheap so at least they could provide daily maid service. Also, hot water @ sink was barely hot. Needs to be adjusted.

We were in town for my son's baseball tournament. We only stayed one night. Checked in late and left before checkout time. Everything was pefect. Very clean.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Conroe was a great place to stay. Everything looked really new. Rooms, elevator and lobby smelled fresh. Hotel was sparkling clean. I'd stay there again!

The staff was friendly accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. I would stay here again.

I booked and paid for a suit. When I arrived they told me they no longer had the suit, gave me a much smaller and cheaper room, then refused to refund me the difference.

Property is practically new and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and complimentary with different variations. Big plus is that my room had a full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave with cooking utensils which was perfect for a 8 night stay.
