特温馨的旅館，似乎是威爾士🏴地區的連鎖酒店，外觀白色，乾乾淨淨清清爽爽的，到達後恰好酒店馬路對面三個免費停車位空出一個、停車、跟酒店前台詢問——雖然不到下午3點登機入住的點，但可以停車，可以使用廁所；離康威城堡、城牆特近，先逛了城堡，又沿城牆溜達回酒店登記、入住，前台白人小夥熱情的幫我們把倆行李箱搬上鋪着厚厚的毛毯的狹窄木樓梯；窗簾是威爾士純毛格呢的；衞生間潔白的瓷磚、坐便是木墊圈，床品純棉質地特好，壓着格呢的、厚厚的脣毛毛毯，早餐是份的、自己點；咖啡是端上桌的壺的，果汁自取。第二天早晨餐後又走了一圈城牆、鎮中心轉了一圈。

Lovely hotel in the heart of Conwy. Our room was large and comfortable, with the exception of the mattress which could do with an upgrade. Great staff, nice breakfast and good choice for evening dinner. The only downside is the lack of parking. Would definitely stay again

Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast.
The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired.
The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre.
Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance.
Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking tickets in 2 days.

Lovely place, good room in the centre of Conway. Excellent breakfast in a nice dining room . Shame that parking was not available and possibly the bed needed replacing

Fabulous and very comfortable stay in central Conway. Excellent service in all areas , comfortable bed, good shower and great food. Free parking available but only 3 spaces. Station car park opposite £7.50 per 24 hrs. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely short break.

There is no lift so be prepared for quite a climb if you are registered on the 3rd floor . The rooms were charming once you got there

Just returned from a lovely break at the Erskine Arms. Every single member of staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was spotless and comfortable and the food was amazing and freshly cooked despite them being booked up every night and busy. Lovely bar area and beer garden as well. It is situated right in the centre of Conway with bus stops and station over the road and bars and restaurants all close by.
