Really nice facility and cool that you live inside of a hill.
The owner is super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable 😄
Only small downside is that the wifi sometimes drops. But generally there's a good connection.

Very unique experience. Mike was very hospitable. Loved the room. The underground room stayed nice and cool when it was +40 C outside. Highly recommend.

The panoramic view from the outside verandah was amazing. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure and plenty of hot water with the shower. Owners were friendly and helpful. Very quiet setting and clean.

Great property but be aware there is no Aircon in the rooms. Fine for Australians as inside is always 15oC cooler than outside but we Canadians have trouble sleeping in 28oC inside.

A Coober Pedy classic. Novel place to stay rooms are clean and dark! With a neat little kitchen area to prepare meals. We had nice conversations with the owning couple always happy to chat about the local area and things to do. Happy with our stay.

It is a unique experience of sleeping underground. It was cool and pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped and a good view of Coober Pedy township at the front door.

Poorly maintained , offensive note left in the room demanding us to wash and store cups and saucers or be charged an additional $30 for cleaning - this is ridiculous - the bed and pillows need replacing - the tiles in front of the room entry and broken and missing - not a good impression
