Dew Drop Cottage | Rooms & Caretaker

Wonderful experience. The caretaker and host were amazing, pure bliss and calm place. It has live kitchen and amazing cook.

We had a good stay. I environment around the stay was very peaceful with the birds chirping sounds which you hardly get in the cities. Basic amenities are available. We did not try the food here.

A very good place for business travellers. Such a quiet and serene atmosphere. Great food and excellent reception.

The property is in a very good location also is scenic. It has all amenities required for a pleasant stay. The food was good like home made. Madam jayanthi is a very friendly and cheerful person who enquirers about our needs daily. Chandran the care taker is also very caring and took good care of us. It's a home away from home.

Pathetic! Nothing is there to entertain guests/ to enjoy. Room was very old without any maintenance, damaged furnitures. Bathroom fittings were damaged and leaking taps. But hot water was available. Caretaker was friendly and helpful but this doesn’t solve the issues here! This is an old house with one very small sit out and a dining hall with three rooms opening from this hall. No more facilities not worthy for the money we spend. Even there were any electricity backup options. There was no power in night and full dark whole night till 6.30 morning. Think what would be the situation… Compound is a very small area where the home is filled, no space for relaxing, sitting even no space for walking around. But the outside of building is painted well and beautiful for photography. Overall waste of money and time.

1. The location is good. It's near to the city. 2. The food is excellent and very reasonable. 3. The staff were very professional and helpful. 4. There are some minor issues with the door locks and tap. 5. Overall, it was a very good experience with dew drop

Great stay! greenery around the property is awesome. Hospitality was great and has a cook who makes delicious food on order and has variety of food options. Great for staycation too. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.

Location is near to sims park, and other main points and is nestled in between tea estates. Views are mesmerizing. Service was also good

It was wonderful experience in dew drops the caretaker anna was so cooperative and the other one jayanthi was good. I will suggest to go there as dolphin nose & lamb's rock are only 7 kms from here.
