Great location and family-run feel. No fancy amenities but very clean and well-kept. Would stay here again.

Wifi was good - staff Pleasant & very helpful - room & bathroom clean - close to all amenities - tasty breakfast- hot water only in shower - large trucks driving by early in the morning- would stay here again

We booked. Booking said breakfast, pool and hot springs, and A/C. Got there, we got rooms with no A/C, hotel has no pool, and no hot springs (1hour distance) - no breakfast first day, until they saw bad reviews on other platforms. They agreed to half price the first night. First night we had no A\C and first morning had no Breakfast.
We got intimidated and threats by staff members to our private number. Insulting our group. We still hold the evidence.
