an amazing trip and one of the best hotels to stay at in Copenhagen amazing location very friendly staff. The room itself was beautiful clean and had everything you needed with mini bar included. couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be staying at this hotel on my future visits

I recently had a very frustrating experience with a hotel that left me feeling scammed. During my stay, I paid a deposit, which I was assured would be returned to me after check-out. However, a month has passed since I checked out, and they have not returned my deposit. To make matters worse, I received a notification that they are trying to charge me the full amount of the room rate again, despite having already paid for my stay. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel taken advantage of, especially when you expect a certain level of professionalism and integrity from a hotel. I hope others can avoid such a negative experience in the future.

One night stay as two friends sharing a medium room at the end of the first week. Can’t fault it. Friendly staff, nice food in the restaurant, great quality rooms (worth knowing, in the Medium rooms the shower and sink are integrated into the main room which is worth considering depending on who is sharing!), easy bike rental service, great location for exploring all of the city!

Wenn man ein Fazit ziehen würde, war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt, aus meiner Sicht viel besser als das andere 25hours. Nah an der Stadt UND am Wasser. Die Zimmer sind super gemütlich, das Design gewohnt cool und dennoch gemütlich. Auch wenn die Zimmer eher klein sind. Die Aussicht ist genial, wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn man merkt, dass noch einiges geübt werden muss. 10 min für Check in bei ausgebuchtem Haus wäre eine Zumutung gewesen. Da sonst kaum jemand da war, ging es gut. Die größte Schwäche ist das Frühstück, das war unterer Standard. Wenig Auswahl, nichts typisches, der Obstsalat bestand aus Ananas, Wassermelone und Trauben. Ein Witz. Kein frischer o-Saft. :-( vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass das Hotel noch sehr neu ist und recht leer. Das Parkhaus direkt darunter ist wie in Kopenhagen teuer, aber praktisch. Zusammenfassend: dürfte nicht das letzte Mal sein.
