The hotel felt very upmarket. They welcomed us warmly and even upgraded our room at no cost! There is also free wine hours and free night cap hours which we really enjoyed. Would 100% recommend.

Superior room wash the smallest hotel room I have ever got so don’t spend your money on upgrades they are not worth it

The room was not clean, there was silverfishes in the bathroom. We thought the bed was to hard and the pillows uncomfortable. We had to high expectations.

Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but cosy, we had a balcony which was lovely to enjoy a coffee and a danish on

Was a dirty stain in the room floor that was grows. Also the remote control of the TV was really dirty.
Allot of dust and even the wall behind the bed was dirty. Somebody spilled something once.
It's a shame as all the rest of the Hotel is so great.
I would really do a test on household

This hotel is advertised as a luxury boutique hotel but little to nothing about it is luxury. The check-in experience was terrible, there is no front desk, you check in at the bar, and when asked why our room didn’t include the seating area it said in the website (and *******) it included, the staff answer was that she wasn’t the one that took the photos for the website - with quite a bad attitude. There was no inclination to help or accommodate. Also - the beds are uncomfortable and incredibly hard. It’s barely a mattress, more like a thin cot.
