The hotel was quite close to the central station and was a perfect place for transit. The breakfast spread was great.

Albergo perfetto e non è la prima volta che veniamo. Ma alla reception capitano le persone poco professionali e mal educati .... che per colpa loro albergo perderà clienti .... Specialmente nella sera dal 4 al 5 marzo era una persona cosi mal educata che stavamo per andare via in un'altro albergo. Poi la mattina 5 cambiato ed era bravissimo.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. It has what you need, bed are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We were given a Christmas stocking with candy in it on our final day, which truly made us feel special and continued the holiday spirit vibes of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location next to Copenhagen’s railway station and walking distance to everything the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good with an array of western and european breakfast options. Rooms are small but have everything you need for somewhere just to sleep and shower. Would highly recommend

Missed breakfast on the last day because we didn't realise it finished at 930, not the happiest birthday boy as my son was looking forward to it. Far too early for a holiday?!!
Super clean, super comfy, plenty of towels, staff very helpful and friendly.
Awesome location. Right next to the station/metro/ buses.

I have an unpleasant experience with this hotel because money was withheld for the guarantee and I did not receive anything back after 7 working days.
